    Crack an egg and add it to the cup.

    Pour semi-skimmed milk into the blender cup.

    Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

    Preheat oven to a moderate temperature.

    Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

    Bake in the oven until set, approximately 20-30 minutes.
