    Chop the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

    In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, MSG, salt, and gochujang. Mix well and set aside to marinate.

    Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.

    Once hot, add the marinated chicken and sear until fully cooked.
  5. 5.
    In a separate clay pot, add some oil and a layer of cooked rice, allowing the bottom to crisp slightly.

    Top with the seared chicken, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
