Cut the topside beef into cubes.

Season beef with salt, Italian herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and paprika. Add olive oil and mix until the color changes.

Cook beef on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown and seared. Reduce heat, add minced garlic and fresh parsley, then mix.

Cube white potatoes and chop broccoli, red onion, and red bell pepper.

Mix cubed potatoes and vegetables with garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, parsley, Parmesan, and olive oil.

Oven bake or air fry at 160C/360F for 20-24 minutes, ensuring broccoli does not overcook.

In a pan, melt butter and toast the seasoning for the sauce (salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, and parsley) for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add milk, light cream cheese, and grated Parmesan to the pan. Stir until combined and thickened.

Serve roasted potatoes with seared steak bites and pour over creamy sauce.
