    Spray pot with oil and brown the top round beef on all sides.

    Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.

    Blend chipotle in adobo sauce with a little bit of water.

    Pour the blended mixture over the beef in the pot.

    Add bone broth to submerge the beef slightly.
  6. 6.
    Add bay leaves, lime juice, and garlic cloves to the pot.

    Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 hour or in a regular pot on low heat for 2 hours.

    Shred the cooked beef and return it to the pot for an additional 10 minutes of cooking without the lid.

    Serve with rice and corn salsa as desired.
