    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Bake the potato until tender, about 60 minutes. Alternatively, microwave for 10-12 minutes.

    While the potato is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with taco seasoning until fully cooked.

    Once the potato is cooked, cut it open and fluff the inside with a fork.

    Top the potato with the cooked ground beef.

    Add chopped onions, cilantro, and diced tomatoes over the beef.

    Add a spoonful of fat-free Greek yogurt and then drizzle with avocado salsa.

    Optionally, add salsa con queso before serving.
  9. 9.
    Mix the toppings slightly for a combined taste.

    Serve immediately.
