Strawberry Yogurt Bark

    Slice the strawberries vertically into thirds and place them evenly on a parchment-lined tray.

    Spread plain yogurt over the strawberries in a thin layer.

    Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle or spread it over the yogurt-covered strawberries.

    Sprinkle Maldon sea salt flakes on top, if using.
  5. 5.
    Freeze the tray for at least 4 hours, until set.
  6. 6.
    Break into pieces and enjoy.
